MIHAELA SÎRBU (TANYA)
Mihaela Sirbu is an actress and theatre director. She worked as an actress at the Jewish Theater and as an independent actress in Romania, Switzerland and Germany, at the Drama Department of the National University for Theater and Film in Bucharest and a while in Germany, at the Athanor Akademie.
She received two Goethe Institute scholarships to study at and attend the famous "Berliner Theatertreffen" and has taken numerous workshops for acting and theater management. Currently she is getting certified by Larry Silverberg, from Eckerd College, Florida, to teach the Meisner Technique.
The Phantom Father represents her cinema debut.
MIHAI CONSTANTIN (MAYOR CODRESCU)
Mihai Constantin is considered to be one of the most important Romanian actors, his career including dozens of parts in theatre plays, films, TV shows and radio theatre. He graduated from the Theater and Film Institute in 1989. Since 1990, he has been an actor at Bulandra Theatre. Mihai Constantin can be currently seen in the following plays: Oblomov by I. A. Goncearov and Elizaveta Bam by Daniil Harms at L.S. Bulandra Theatre and in Hymnus by Gyorgy Schwajda at Metropolis Theatre.

VALER DELLAKEZA (SAMI)
Valer Dellakeza graduated from the "I.L.Caragiale" Theater and Film Institute in 1968. He was hired, by governmental assessment, at Craiova National Theatre, where he became nationally and internationally famous, through the 112 successful tours, performed on all continents. Dellakeza's career of 40 years includes over 100 parts, for which he has received some of the most prestigious awards, including the UNITER Award.
